If you are not comfortable meditating, you are not alone. In this workshop, we want to help you redefine meditation to make it more accessible and help you ease into it.
Focusing is the mindful practice of using your bodily felt sense to guide your actions, moment by moment. This course is about understanding how your inner GPS works, and how to use it.
Transpersonal Focusing involves paying embodied attention to how we shape the shared space, and how it shapes us.
