Mindfulness is Bodyfulness
Sometimes, mindfulness is defined as ‘mind’ observing ‘body’. It is good to remember that this is just a way of speaking. There is no such thing as a disembodied ‘mind’. We are a ‘whole person’ process, whether we are aware of that or not. 'Bodyfulness', or 'mindfulness', refer to our embodied experience of this ‘whole person’ process.
